Fork 50 hr. Lowers/Spring service: $80-$120+

I get it, no one actually does 50 hour lower services. BUT, your fork will thank you if you do. This is the most basic service offered for forks, but can dramatically extend the life of your fork by preventing wear. Service includes a light cleaning/wipedown of CSU, full cleaning of fork lowers and bushings, foam ring replacement, and new bath oils. New wipers are an additional cost if needed.

Fork Overhaul: $175- $240+

This is our most popular service. A full overhaul involves a complete disassembly and deep cleaning of the fork and it’s internal components. All dynamic seals in air spring and damper are replaced in this service, dampers are rebuilt and re-bled, lowers receive new wipers and foam rings, bushings are cleaned and re-lubricated and fork receives all new bath oils and lubrication. Professionally overhauled forks typically feel better than brand new. We recommend a full overhaul at least once a year.

Rear Shock Overhaul: $165-$240+

Only complete overhauls are offered for rear shocks. This service includes full disassembly and cleaning, air can service, dynamic seal replacement, static seal inspection and replacement if applicable, damper rebuild and bleed, and all new damper fluid and necessary lubrication.

Dropper Seatpost Overhaul: $70-$130+

We service dropper posts made by Rockshox, Fox, Bike Yoke, OneUp, PNW Components, Specialized, and more.

Fork Bushing Services: $40-$80+

Fork bushing Burnishing/Resizing is a performance upgrade that removes as much friction as possible between the CSU and Lowers of the fork. Lower Fork bushing replacement will eliminate play in lowers.
